Four Points Health Introduces Innovative RCM Automation Patent-Pending Automated Claim Integrity Solution (ACIS) Revolutionizes Revenue Cycle Management for Healthcare Providers
Four Points Health proudly announces that its Automated Claim Integrity Solution (ACIS) has achieved Patent Pending status from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. This breakthrough solution is designed to dramatically reduce costs, streamline manual processes, and safeguard revenue for healthcare providers through advanced automation and predictive technologies.
ACIS integrates data analytics, machine learning, and process automation to continuously monitor Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, identifying and addressing errors or gaps in both active and denied claims. By proactively predicting and correcting claim denials, while improving claim quality upstream, ACIS minimizes delays and reduces the risk of additional denials in the revenue cycle management (RCM) process.
The system aggregates patient account and claim data from internal and external sources, applying robust analytics models to predict and recommend corrective actions. These include resolving denials and addressing key steps in claims processing such as verifying patient information, checking eligibility and benefits, and managing pre-authorization requirements. Automated workflows are initiated based on these insights to perform tasks like correcting data inaccuracies and completing pre-authorizations. Results and newly acquired data are continuously fed back into the analytics models, refining the system’s capabilities over time.
“This is a transformative advancement in RCM,” said Jeff Hatfield, CEO of Four Points Health. “ACIS seamlessly integrates proven technologies to deliver significant cost savings and revenue protection, enabling providers to save millions annually.
ACIS is compatible with a wide range of EHR platforms and existing hospital analytics systems. It can be customized to align with a healthcare provider's unique objectives, organizational structure, and service lines, making it a versatile and scalable solution.
