Jeff Hatfield

Jeff is one of the top transformational leaders in the healthcare industry.  He has dedicated the past 20 years of his career to advancing intelligent automation for dozens of the top US providers and payers designing and implementing solutions that have netted clients more than $2B annually in reduced costs and increased revenue. 

While building several startup healthcare automation practices Jeff has developed numerous revolutionary ecosystem solutions in areas like Continuum of Care and Revenue Cycle Management which are considered true game-changers in the industry.  He maintains a laser focus on improving both the patient and clinician experiences, driving positive patient outcomes and delivering cost reduction and revenue increase.

Jeff also founded the CIAC (Clinical Intelligent Automation Council) bringing top physicians, executives and academics together to create automation solutions for healthcare’s top challenges.  He speaks frequently at industry events, always willing to share ideas and finding ways to make healthcare better.

Joe McCann

Joe has over 30 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services and Healthcare, working domestically and internationally, doing business transformation, and deploying enterprise class systems for some of the world’s most notable brands. 

He has worked with technology startups and Fortune 500 companies opening and expanding markets, overseeing Business Development, Operations, P&L, Service Delivery, and Partnership development. Joe is a performance-focused and results-oriented, with a passion for improving the healthcare experience by transforming workflows and enabling customers with Intelligent Automation, AI, Analytics, and Data solutions that reduce administrative burden and improve the patient experience.

Joe is a healthcare thought leader in developing intelligent automation program strategies and deployment roadmaps, for improving operational efficiency, providing cost reduction, and delivering significant ROI.

Jeff Garibaldi

Jeff has more than 30 years of healthcare experience, in the areas of value-based care, population health, product strategy, technology development, commercial marketing, and P&L operations. He has also been a lead or co-inventor on more than 57 healthcare patents spanning capital equipment, medical devices, therapies, and software. 

In 2013, he was appointed by Cedars-Sinai Health System to become President & CEO, of mHealth, a telehealth technology startup. That was taken from concept to market, to becoming recognized as 1 of the Top 100 Digital Health companies globally. More recently, as Chief Product Officer of Navvis Healthcare, Jeff pursued an entire product technology ecosystem established for a value-based care/population health solution, formed through product partnerships in data/analytics/care management, that led to the development of three proprietary health platforms. 

Throughout his career, Jeff has had a passion for bringing ideas from the whiteboard to game-changing commercial offerings in the startup community for multiple decades. He is a member of the Innovation Advisory Board as a Healthcare Domain Expert of Washington University School of Medicine and a member of the Global Innovation Advisory Board of BIOSTL a premier organization based in St. Louis with a portfolio of companies raising $2.5B in follow-on capital. 

Dr. Angela Kaiser

Angela has over 25 years of healthcare experience, from being a registered nurse to a CIO. In the past 15 years, her work has focused on healthcare innovation. She is a meaningful use/promoting interoperability and MIPS/MACRA subject matter expert, using leading-edge and innovative technologies to augment healthcare workflows to improve the clinician and patient experience. 

She is passionate about keeping clinicians functioning efficiently and effectively while reducing administrative burdens and improving content and interactions with patients. Angela also holds CNL (Clinical Nurse Leader), CENP (Certified in Executive Nursing Practice), and ITIL certifications. Angie has been instrumental in intelligent automation strategies for automating prior authorizations, chart abstractions, telehealth processes, and care coordination functions. She received her B.S. in Nursing from St. John's College and M.S. from Millikin University and holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Baylor University.
